“I am a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and longtime Idahoan with over 30-years of experience caring for patients. I am committed to promoting overall health and wellness through a holistic approach for perimenopausal and menopausal women grounded in functional and conventional medicine. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and my Masters in Nursing from Northwest Nazarene University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. I build strong relationships with my patients, making them feel heard, supported, and well-informed in their healthcare decisions.
I am a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. I regularly attend conferences and trainings to stay updated on the latest medical advancements and techniques. My approach to healthcare is rooted in the belief that every patient deserves to be heard and seen as their authentic self, and I remain dedicated to improving the well-being of my communities.”
